Lunch & Learn: Learner Engagement Framework from Self-Determination Theory: Three Drivers of Engagement

Director of Professional Development, Elisabeth Fellowes, and her colleague Miriam Swords-Kalk will take their expertise from The Design Lab and lead a workshop titled “Learner Engagement Framework from Self-Determination Theory: Three Drivers of Engagement.” In the session, Elisabeth and Miriam will lead the group in learning about and using an actionable framework for designing learning environments to support learners’ well-being, engagement, and success in ways that feel meaningful for them. Together, we’ll build an understanding of core engagement drivers and reimagine how you could more strongly support these for learners.
